Rules & Regulations: 

 

The following Rules & Regulations lay out the terms & conditions between Barefoot  & Child (hereinafter referred to as 'Barefoot', 'We', 'Us' etc.) as agreed to by you, the customer (hereinafter referred to as 'the Customer' & 'You'), for the use of Our facilities. Your use of Our facilities is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all the terms & conditions herewith published.

 

On all questions regarding the interpretation of rules & regulations, the decision of Barefoot shall be final.

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse entrance to any customer and to ask any customer to leave the premises with due cause.

  • To check a child into the play area, customers are required to pay the fees indicated on the fee structure pamphlet.

  • Children above the age of 12 are not allowed in the children's play area, other than to supervise a younger sibling.

  • Children above the age of 3 are not allowed in the toddler soft play area.

  • Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Due to fire safety regulations and space issues, strollers are not allowed into the play areas.

  • Refunds on birthday parties require a cancellation notice period of more than 7 days. Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel programs that are under-enrolled and refund customers in full. We also reserve the right to modify activities and staff as necessary.

  • With the exception of those required to meet your children's taste and personal needs, outside food & drink may not be consumed on our premises.

  • Smoking is prohibited on Our premises.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these rules and regulations at any time.

  • We reserve the right to increase or change our fees at anytime without prior notice.

  • In consideration of other customers, we kindly request you to keep sick children at home. We reserve the right send a child home to get well.

  • If your child has allergies, please alert Our staff and include this information in your customer sheet. Please note that, although our staff do have Pediatrics First Aid training, we do not have medical staff available and are not permitted to provide emergency or other medical treatment.

 

 

Disclaimer of Liability:

 

Barefoot disclaims liability for any harm or loss to persons or property.

 

Although Our staff are there to supervise and engage children in fun and activities, we disclaim liability of any accident or injury on our premises. Any personal belonging brought to Our Premises are at your own risk and we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage to such property. This includes, but is not limited to, any property left on the premises. Any property which is left on the premises and/or handed in to our 'Lost & Found' will be retained at reception for thirty (30) days, after which the property will be disposed of.Any protection exercised or offered by Barefoot shall be deemed purely gratuitous on Our part and shall in no way be construed to make us liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the customer. We are not responsible in any circumstances for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

 

Barefoot further reserves the right to cease its business operations, and close its doors, if it so deems necessary and that it will accept liability for compensation under the following criteria only:

 

  • Memberships that are valid for over 3 months at the time of business closure, will be compensated in the value of the remaining portion of validity

  • Any vouchers pertaining to the services offered at Barefoot will be compensated only if they are valid for three months and more at time of business closure

  • Any down payments for activities, birthdays at Barefoot will be compensated, minus the portions that have been used in the case of an activity.


It is the responsibility of the client to submit their claim to Barefoot management, and claims will only be accepted within the first month starting from announcement of closure. Any claims submitted after that date will not be honored, and are to be considered null and void. Mother & Child is not responsible in any circumstances for direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Mother & Child reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any portion or portions of these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is entirely your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to become aware of such changes.
